The spacious villa was furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.

The entrance hall gives us access to the living room, on the right we have the spacious kitchen and a toilet and on our left we have access to a bedroom and the staircase to the different floors.

Traditional design, the living room has a wood stove, ideal warmth for cold nights. The sliding doors gives us the access to the terrace overlooking the pool and golf. The living room consists of two sofas, two chaise longues, Smart TV with Netflix and cable TV. High speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining room for 8 people has access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture and swimming pool adjacent to the golf course.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and heat), the double glazing brings moments of peace and harmony. It has blinds and an alarm system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge, wine cellar and washing machine and dryer.

The four bedrooms are spacious, all with private bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials and towel warmers.

On the GROUND FLOOR there is one bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom, air conditioning, direct access to the garden and swimming pool. The bathroom has an Italian style shower, double sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom (Red): double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, balcony overlooking the golf and swimming pool and sun loungers. The bathroom has an Italian style double shower, double sink, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom (yellow): double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, balcony overlooking the golf and pool and sun loungers. The bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet.

Bedroom (blue): Double bed, private bathroom, air conditioning, balcony overlooking the golf and swimming pool and sun loungers. The bathroom with shower unit, bath, washbasin, toilet.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Twin beds, air conditioning.

Steam bath and shower.

Games room with pool table, darts board, bar and sofas.

Guests have at their disposal a fully equipped gymnasium with indoor cycling bike stationary, folding treadmill, elliptical trainer, weight stack machine, steppers climbing and punching bag.

Outside, the pool has dimensions 10m x 5.5m with 120cm to 220 cm depth and the access is by roman steps, it has a poolside shower. There are 6 sun loungers and set of sofas. There is a covered terrace with BBQ, washbasin and table with 8 chairs .

The outdoor jacuzzi is available to guests at no extra cost.

Parking available on site, outside the property.

The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 400 euros per week.

DAILY CLEANING for 5 consecutive days (4h per day) available with an extra cost of 492 euros
