The Uptown condominium is located in a special area of Vilamoura, a historic area close to the former residence of Morgado de Quarteira, where King Dom Sebastião had stayed in 1573 and where it became the famous Equestrian Center of Vilamoura.

The new Equestrian Village is surrounded by the renowned Victória Golf course, the Equestrian Center and the Vilamoura Environmental Park, which offers 5km of trails with bird observatories. The perfect place for those who want to enjoy their holidays with the greatest tranquility and peace and just a few minutes from the center.

The architecture and surroundings want to offer its guests the spirit of the Algarve, the detached house shares with the other guests a garden area ideal for children.

The pool is set back in an exterior building which provides moments of conviviality between residents and complete safety for those with children.

This villa is unique and private in the condominium, it is set back with a private garden around it with fruit trees.

The large 120m2 villa was furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.

The architecture, characteristic of Algarvian houses, the double-glazed windows surrounded by tile, the materials used, the open “space kitchen” and the double right foot offer light and a perfect connection with nature and the surrounding gardens.

Facing west, guests can sunbathe in their private garden all day, with space for an “Al Fresco” drink on its secluded terrace in complete privacy.

A few minutes' walk away is the building with a communal pool overlooking the countryside.

The entrance hall gives access to the living room, one of the bedrooms and the bathroom, ideal for people with reduced mobility.

The living room with the "open space" style kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, and general Portuguese channels. High speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining space consists of a table and 6 chairs.

The villa is fully equipped with central air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and electric shutters, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel and gas.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender and washing machine.

The two bedrooms are spacious and equipped with central air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials and towel warmers.

On the GROUND FLOOR is one of the bedrooms with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, access to the side garden.

The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, towel warmer and hairdryer, with measures for guests with reduced mobility.

On the FIRST FLOOR there is the second bedroom:

Bedroom 2: two single beds converted into a king size double bed, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, balcony equipped with table and two chairs and overlooking the terrace and common garden.

The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, washbasin, towel warmer and hairdryer, toilet and bidet.

Outside, the private garden is quite spacious and equipped with a table and 6 chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
