Marina Mar, with its privileged location in Vilamoura Marina, offers its visitors a fantastic sea view. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beaches.
One of the first buildings on the famous marina avenue, the Marina Mar building was designed in 1991 to satisfy the needs of tourists. The apartment located on the 2nd floor, is spacious with 65m2 and has been completely renovated, furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
Its swimming pool on the 1st floor gives guests privacy.
The entrance hall gives us access to the immense hallway, on the left we have the bedroom and bathroom, moving forward we have access to the living room.
The living room with the "open space" style kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It comprises a sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix and cable TV. High speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining space consists of a table and 4 chairs.
The balcony facing a pedestrian area and with a fantastic sea view is ideal for moments of tranquility, equipped with a table and 4 chairs and a set of sofas.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and blackouts, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by an electric boiler.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob (two hotplates), microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, manual citrus press, Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine. An iron/ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available.
The bedroom is spacious with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, safe, flat-screen TV, cable TV, Smart TV and Netflix and equipped with air conditioning.
The bathroom is modern and full of character, its large Italian-style shower with LED light provides SPA moments.
For protection of the guests, the apartment inside is covered by CCTV with image and voice recording. This can be switched off on request by written.
Outside, the garden, the swimming pool for adults with access by stairs (depth between 1m and 3m), is equipped with common sun loungers (cannot be marked). There is a children's pool (60cm depth) and two poolside showers available.
It has parking inside the condominium, accessible by fob. It is not covered and there is no marks of the apartments (first come/first serve)
