"We had a fabulous week with our family at villa lotus. The location was good. The villa was very clean. We should have opted for pool heating if it was available?! Very impressed with service level when ee had problems with the electricity going off in the middle of the night (something to do with the sprinkler system?) and aircon units not quite working (explained by engineer the next day). Perfect service from booking to greeting and everything explained really well. "

"Lovely stay with my family at a lovely villa. Villa Lotus is in a great location. It's in a nice quiet area and it's only a 20 minute walk to the marina. Or you can order an uber for approx 4euros. The villa is well equipped with all of the home from home items you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was cleaned regularly and we felt like the pictures didn't show how lovely the villa actually is in reality. There were 4 adults and 1 child and there was ample space for all of us have a really relaxing holiday. All of the Clever Details team members that we came into contact were excellent from the collection of the keys (Rita) to calling the emergency number and maintenance person having to come out. They were all friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble ~ thank you! The power cuts were a slight issue. We think the issue is that you can't use the oven hob and electric oven at the same time if the air conditioning is on. The maintenance person arrived quickly and helped to resolve the issue but it would have been helpful to know that in advance hence why we are adding it for other guests. Other than that there were no issues, we loved every moment of our stay at Villa Lotus and Villamoura as a holiday destination and would highly recommend it."

"It was a fabulous villa with everything you needed . Only one downfall was the Bbq. A gas bbq is so much easier to use and work with. Outdoor area was excellent for young children and also the fact that the villa was all on the one level made it child friendly. "

"Service from CD was first class. They were always on hand to help and were extremely responsive to any questions/queries. Would definitely book through them again. The villa was perfect for us - the location was great and the outside space amazing. The pool and garden was well looked after. Very well equipped - probably in need of more outdoor/plastic glasses/plates etc but otherwise plenty of everything else."
