Discover Villa Albatros, an elegant two-storey villa, ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends. With 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are en suite, this villa has been carefully designed to provide comfort, harmony and unforgettable moments.

On the ground floor, upon entering, there is a bedroom on the right. This is followed by a spacious and welcoming living area, comprising a lounge and TV room, perfect for social gatherings. Opposite, a large interior atrium with a dining area stands out, topped by an impressive glass ceiling that ensures exceptional natural light during the day and allows you to admire the stars at night.

Also on this floor is a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a pleasant terrace with a charcoal barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.

To the left of the atrium there is a full bathroom, access to two en-suite bedrooms and the staircase leading to the upper floor.

On the first floor is the master bedroom, with a private bathroom and access to a magnificent terrace with a jacuzzi, offering open views over the golf course.

The exterior of the villa invites you to relax: a fenced swimming pool, a large, beautifully maintained garden and a pergola, perfect for unwinding in the shade.

Direct access to the outdoor BBQ area.

Laundry room: Washing machine and tumble dryer.

Living Room / TV Room: Smart TV and sofas. Direct access to the garden, providing easy access to the outdoor area and the pool.

Dining Room: Dining table with 8 chairs.

Bathroom: Shower, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 1: Two single beds, air conditioning, TV and terrace with table and chairs.

Bedroom 2: En suite, double bed, built-in wardrobe, TV and air conditioning, foldup sofabed. Bathroom with bath.

Bedroom 3: En suite, double bed, built-in wardrobe, cot and air conditioning, foldup sofabed. Bathroom with bath.

OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor area is an invitation to leisure and relaxation, featuring a private fenced swimming pool with a depth ranging from 80 cm to 185 cm, accessed via Roman steps, and eight sun loungers.

For barbecue lovers, the villa offers a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor dining table with eight chairs, perfect for social moments with family or friends.
