The main entrance is accessible via a ramp from the gate to the front door, making the villa suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

The living room and kitchen are designed in an open-plan style to provide guests with moments of togetherness and sharing. The space features a comfortable sofa, television and Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. The dining area includes a table with seating for 8 guests. Large sliding windows open up to two-thirds, creating a natural connection with the garden and pool, allowing you to enjoy natural light and the tranquillity of the outdoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, washing machine and all essential utensils for a comfortable stay.

The villa is fully equipped with central air conditioning (hot and cold), double glazing and electric exterior shutters, ensuring peace and comfort at all times. Water is heated by solar panels.

On the GROUND FLOOR you will find the Green Bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. It is also prepared for work moments, with a desk and chair.

In the entrance hall there is a bathroom with shower that serves as support to the Green Suite.

On the FIRST FLOOR there are two suites:

Master Suite: King Size bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes and access to a balcony furnished with two armchairs overlooking the pool.

Blue Suite: two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes and a balcony with sofas.

All bedrooms have television and the villa offers Wi-Fi in all areas.

On the LOWER FLOOR you will find the garage.

Outside, the private swimming pool with a depth of 1.45m is accessed via a metal ladder, and the outdoor shower invites refreshing moments on warmer days. The spacious and carefully arranged garden is equipped with 6 sun loungers, an outdoor sofa and a fixed sun umbrella. The leisure area also includes a pergola with table and chairs. There is a charcoal barbecue (BBQ), ideal for outdoor meals and memorable evenings.
