Located in the prestigious Old Village, one of the most charming and exclusive areas in the region, this apartment benefits from a unique setting inspired by traditional Portuguese architecture with British influences. The complex stands out for its elegant buildings with colorful façades, wrought-iron balconies, and carefully maintained cobbled streets, creating a picturesque and welcoming atmosphere.

The tree-lined streets, well-kept gardens, children’s playground, communal swimming pools, and small squares with a variety of cafés, bars, and restaurants serving different types of cuisine provide the perfect setting for moments of leisure and tranquility, complemented by a 24-hour onsite security team and video surveillance cameras, ensuring comfort and peace of mind at all times.

Each of the three swimming pools features its own pool bar, and there is also a simple outdoor fitness area available. The village offers an ATM/cash machine. Please note that opening times and periods may vary between establishments, as they are independently operated.

There is also free public parking available around the Old Village. Despite the peaceful surroundings, the Old Village is just a 20-minute walk from the lively Vilamoura Marina and the beaches, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds.

This charming apartment is spread over three floors and is located on the 1st floor (no elevator). Upon entering, there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen. On this same floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower.

On the upper floor, accessible via narrow internal stairs, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a small hall with a desk, ideal for those who need a workspace.

The top floor features a spacious private terrace, also accessed via narrow stairs, equipped with a table and chairs, two sun loungers, and a small charcoal BBQ, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing moments.

Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

The apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms, a water heater for hot water, and blackout blinds, ensuring greater privacy and comfort.

The Old Village complex offers two swimming pools with a poolside bar (sun loungers available at a daily fee) and a restaurant with a pool available for guests.

Kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment (small size, approximately 95/15L) and washing machine.
