On the ground floor, a spacious entrance hall leads to a home office and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Continuing through the property, you will find a large living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing plenty of natural light and direct access to the outdoor area. The dining room and open-plan kitchen provide a modern and functional space, perfect for family gatherings.
