"Thanks for meeting us on our arrival - made such a difference. Property is in very good condition and in a great location - really enjoyed our stay. Would re commend it to our friends Would definately use Clever Details again, as service and ease of communication was very good Only small point, is that the single beds are a little small for adults - but that's all"

"Bom dia. De um modo geral ficamos todos muito satisfeitos com a estadia, em todos os aspetos. Como referi no dia do checkout, apenas podem disponibilizar mais toalhas / guardanapos de pano para a cozinha. Notamos também dificuldade na utilização dos tabuleiros do forno elétrico, não se aguentaram nas ranhuras, caíram. Junto a piscina, o painel informativo, também tem informação desatualizada. Refere que os jogos com bola não devem incomodar os utilizadores do recinto, contudo fui abordado por um condómino para o facto de ser proibida a utilização de bolas. De facto, no corredor de acesso a informação esta bem explicita. Embora compreenda que os serviços de limpeza tenham que ter tempo para deixar o imóvel em condições para os próximos inquilinos, deixar o apartamento em condições de arrumação e limpeza as 11h fui apertado. Estas são meras apreciações gerais, o feedback genuíno de clientes muito satisfeitos. Obrigado por tudo, até uma próxima. "

"Property was spacious...this being main reason for choosing this apartment, reaaonably quiet area most of the time.Minor hiccups with hot water and gas to the stove, but nothing remotely serious.Beds comfortable so I was told.Nothing fancy, perfectly serviceable and adequatevfor our simple needs. If we needed a similar size property in the area again, would certainly consider it. Decent value for money."

"The only issue we really had was the lack of sunbeds. Most of the sunbeds around the pool were numbered and locked. We couldnt find any sunbeds numbered for apartment 308 and most days we had to do without. There was also no towels available for use at the swimming pool. I would stay in the same property if I was in Vilamoura for golf with my friends but I prefer to stay somewhere with sunbeds when going on holiday with the family."

"All members of our party were extremely happy with the apartment and the service provided and will definately be in touch again. We have no hesitation in recommending the property or your managing service to friends & family. The apartment was in a very central location with easy access to everything and the cleaning staff were very polite and friendly.The only tiny negative point we had was that there was no kettle in the apartment. "
