The Marina Plaza with a privileged location in the Marina of Vilamoura offers a fantastic sea and marina view. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beaches. The apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high standard, modern and elegant. It is located on the first floor of the building (no lift) with a front view of the Marina. Open space kitchen with marina view and fully equipped.
Kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, Dolce gusto cofee machine, iron/ ironing board, washing machine.
Living / dining room: sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 hidden beds, LCD, Cable TV, air conditioning, balcony.
Bedroom: Double bed, air conditioning, safe.
Bathroom: Complete with shower, hairdryer.
Balcony: Front view Marina, table and chairs.
Exterior: Private parking in the condominium.

"Very comfortable and well equipped apartment in an excellent location. Sonia was very helpful in getting us set-up and checked out. A couple of minor suggestions, in the interests of useful (I hope) feedback (but these are minor!): -As mentioned to Sonia, the shower seemed to only provide hot water for one shower. The second person would get a tepid shower, at best. -The welcome pack is a lovely idea. We really appreciated having a supply of the basics when we arrived, and loved the treats - and in particular the wine! A couple of coffee pods might be a welcome addition for weary arrivals? (I spotted the model of the coffee machine in the photos and brought my own supply anyway, so it wasn't an inconvenience for us). -There was a bit of confusion about where to get left off by our taxi when we arrived. With booking apps, it is most convenient to put in a known establishment/business rather than a specific address - particularly when it is a block address with access from more than one road. I found the GoldenMarina location as the most convenient for me when using the Bolt app, etc. Might be worth suggesting that when visitors are arriving under their own steam to be met (taxi or hire car with satnav) Anyway, these are just minor details/suggestions. We had a wonderful stay and will see you again in the future, I am sure! Obrigado! -John & Siobhan"

"The apartment is right in the Marina complex will all the Marina bars and restaurants a stones throw away. Perfect location and surprisingly quiet given the location. The apartment itself is lovely and modern and with added bonus of parking. I would highly recommend this apartment in Vilamora."

"We stayed here in April. We were delighted with everything about this apt. Bright open plan, comfy furniture and air con in living room and bedroom. There are also two pull down beds in living room so no need to use couch as a bed? Lovely bathroom and great shower. It was absolutely spotless throughout and we were left a lovely welcome pack. The view over the Marina is amazing and the one thing I was concerned about was sun on the balcony as it is more like an outside room? no worries ! At around 4pm in April the sun hit most of balcony and remained there for the evening which meant beautiful sunset view with a glass of wine! Entrance is at back of building and it?s literally steps away to the Marina. We met Marilyn (Hope I?ve spelt that right) from Clever Details and she was one of the most helpful and pleasant people I?ve ever dealt with ? I had requested an early check in if possible and she actually rang me when we landed and met us within an hour at the apartment. She was also there to refund us our deposit on evening before we left. In fact from my first enquiry, I found all staff were more than helpful. We?ll most definitely use Clever Details again! "

"The taxi arrangements were punctual and we arrived at the very centrally located apartment in about 25 minutes. We were met at the property by a friendly young lady to be given keys and to have the details explained. It was the same at checkout; a very nice young lady returned our deposit with no quibble (despite the fact that we'd had not one, but two accidents with a wine glass and a plate)! We were absolutely delighted with this property. For the two of us it felt modern and spacious with a very generous open plan living area/diner/kitchen with good quality furniture, nice finishing touches and a well equipped modern kitchen. The fridge is excellent. The balcony is an adequate seating area for two and gave out on to a beautiful view of the marina - a joy to see every morning. Bathroom and bedroom are also modern and well equipped. Supermarkets are all around and one just across the road for provisions. Great customer service - we had a request for more coat hangers which was met with an immediate response and also reported a loose toilet seat (this happens with nearly every loo seat from time to time) and the team were quick to respond. As we left. we also reported a shower drain blockage which caused the shower tray to overflow on to the bathroom floor. We were happy to resolve it ourselves - we found it was full of sand and soap/hair - it was not a major issue, just needed to be done and I highlighted it to the team so that cleaners know to lift the shower drain cover as part of their future routine. Just a small point about pillows - these are filled with the type of polyester filling that begins to separate into clumps. It did not detract from our enjoyment but it is clear these may need to be replaced quite soon. We use down filled pillows that can be plumped and re-shaped after every use. A few more pegs might be helpful when using the clothes airer. Overall, a really fabulous stay. We would definitely book again. We have already recommended the apartment to a couple we met in Albufeira and would recommend it to anyone as the best location for a self catering stay in Vilamoura. Thank you to the whole team. The staff at Clever Details are friendly and accommodating. During this crazy Covid19 year we were forced to delay our trip and Hugo couldn't have been more helpful. "The property was immaculately presented and very clean. Well equipped kitchen. The apartment would be suitable for two adults and two children, three at a push. Pull down beds are in the lounge/diner area and the main bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The balcony enjoys a very pleasant view over the marina. Only one slightly annoying aspect of the balcony is that a commercial child's pay for toy ride is located beneath - this plays a regular annoying tune. Not much that the owners of the apartment could do about this though I accept. Hugo, the property manager, was very welcoming, friendly and patient. The apartment of course is located in a very nice area - a safe area. Many restaurants and shops including supermarkets are located close by. The nearest supermarket is approximately 2 minutes walk away. Although we did rent a car it is really not needed unless you want to explore the Algarve - which we did. Many thanks to Hugo for ensuring we had a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and we thorough recommend it for 2 adults only as we were, or indeed for a family of four."
