Prime location: Luxury, private 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa in Victoria golf course.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture, charcoal BBQ and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
There is also 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning.
Separate bathroom with shower.
On the first floor of the villa there is the en-suite master bedroom with a closet and balcony with countryside view. It is equipped with air conditiong and the bathrom has a jacuzzi bath.
There is an hair dryer on each bathroom.
The lower level has TV room with cable tv, sofa and direct access to the pool area.
Bedroom 3: en-suite with shower, there are 2 double beds, air conditioning and direct access to the pool area.
Surrounding the villa is a swimming pool, 2 sun loungers, double sun lounger. Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ.
Wifi is available.

Pool Depth: 0,70 x 1,70m
Access: Ladder on the inside of the pool

"A casa é perfeita, o facto de ser privada, é excelente para o convívio familiar, brincadeira na piscina durante o dia todo. Todos os compartimentos da casa são perfeitos e super cómodos. Está em falta apenas pequenos utensílios: suporte de produtos de higiene na banheira do rés-do-chão e do piso inferior, um suporte para a loiça secar e um caixote do lixo maior. Desta forma a nível geral recomendo a 100% a casa. "

"Villa fantástica. Exactamente como en las fotos y la descripción. Tuvimos que recoger las llaves en la agencia y allí nos dieron las indicaciones para llegar. Muy amables. Nos permitieron hacer check out un poquito más tarde. Zona residencial muy tranquila. Dos plazas de garaje. Necesario coche para visitar el pueblo que es bonito y bullicioso. A 3 min en coche de varios supermercados. Súper recomendable, sin duda para repetir!"

"Beautiful property, lovely peaceful location just 5 min drive from the marina. Excellent service from Clever Details, from cleaning to changing lightbulbs in the pool. Also allowed us to stay on for several hours on our last day which was greatly appreciated. "

"We had a fabulous stay in Villa Gustas. Clever Details were extremely helpful and responsive from booking to departure from the villa. They even arranged our transfers with the lovely Vitor. We were fortunate to be allowed early check in to the villa which made a huge difference. The villa was perfectly situated in a quite residential area and was beautifully decorated and had everything that we required. One of the best villas we have stayed in and the Portuguese are the most friendly , polite and helpful people you could meet. Looking forward to a return trip to Portugal."
