Located in the popular Aldeia do Golf complex of Vilamoura, this newly remodeled 3 bedroom traditional Algarvian style villa has been tastefully furnished.
Traditional design, the fully equipped kitchen blends perfectly with the open space style dining room, thus managing to enjoy all the moments in conviviality. The living room has a fireplace and a stove offering the necessary warmth for colder nights, with direct access to the terrace. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and shutters bringing moments of peace and harmony.
The terrace with sun umbrellas includes charcoal BBQ and an outside dining area. There is a roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and set of sofas.
On the complex is an adult and children's pool. There is a small supermarket and coffee shop. This villa is very well located just few minutes from the famous golf courses and in Old Course.
The tourist train stops outside and can take you on a tour of Vilamoura or directly to the beach. The marina and beach are 5 minutes by car and there is a local bus service that frequently stops in front of the complex.
Kitchen: Hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso), iron/ironing board.
Lounge/dining room: sofa, two armchairs, fireplace with heat recovery and air conditioning, Smart TV with Netflix and cable tv. High speed fiber broadband and WiFi. Dining table with 6 chairs and access to the terraces.
Bedroom 1: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, safe.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, console with chair.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning.
Bathroom 1: Shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.
Bathroom 2: Shower, washbasin, toilet.
Safety equipment: smoke alarms, extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket
Outside areas: terrace with table and chairs, charcoal BBQ. Private roof terrace with 2 sun loungers, sun unbrella and set of sofas
Communal area: adult's pool, children's pool, lawned gardens, sun loungers, supermarket and coffee shop.
Distances: Marina (4km); Beach (4km); Restaurant (100m); Supermarket (100m); Airport (25km); Train station (6km).

"Overall, it was a fantastic property we really couldn't have asked for much more. The only slight negative would be the pool area is a bit run down but I know that's nothing to do with the accommodation which was fantastic."

"Our second year staying in Aldeia de Golf. Lovely property kept in pristine condition. Location is a few minutes out from the Marina by car. Supermarket across the street makes life very easy. Plenty of space in the property and two lovely outdoor areas. Perfect for a family. Lovely quite location. There is an Indian restaurant next door, United kitchens of India, which is amazing and highly recommended. If I'm being honest the only real slight negative is the pool area. It's important to point out that the pool area is not managed or owned by Clever Details. The pool area is lovely and quiet but a little tired and some tlc is required. I would highly recommend Aldeia de Golf for the quality of the property and how quiet the area is. I woukd also recommend using Clever Details for Villas in Vilamoura. They have a very high standard of property and are very easy to deal with. "
