Villa Pinheiro
Prime location: Luxury, private 5 bedroom 6 bathroom villa in Old Village neighborhood.
Close to bars and restaurant at the famous Old Village, and walking distance to the marina and nightlife.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool.
The living room with the kitchen in "open space" style with a peninsule was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Flat screen TV with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffi). The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs.
Fully fitted open space kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine.
There is also 1 bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower, air conditioning.
Separate toilet.
On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: Double bed and en suite shower, balcony with small garden, air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: Double bed and en suite shower, safe, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds and en suite shower, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.
The lower level has TV room with sofa, Playstation, table tenis, games table and mini bar. The 5th and 6th bedroom is also on the lower level.

Surrounding the villa are a large salt water swimming pool (13m x 4m) with 140cm depth and acess by roman steps with monitor water quality, poolside shower, deck floor, 8 sun loungers and large sun umbrella. Outside Jacuzzi included.
Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ.
Features central alarm system inside, electric shutters and solar panels.
Distances: Marina (800m); Beach (1km); Supermarket (0,5km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km).

"Dealing with Clever Details was really good, super responsive and helpful. The villa is as advertised, a little worn in places but if you're wanting to spoil yourselves - go for it. The 2 rooms in lower floor are full bedrooms. Only issue was there was no written instructions for the house alarm and we couldn't work the alarm several times, setting it off at night much to our embarrassment. I would also recommend that you contact the booking lead to inform of the gardening team arriving. "

"Nothing is perfect as we all know but we have no complaints at all about Villa Pinheiro or it's location or how well equipped it is. On the rare occasions we needed to contact "Clever Details" we had good response and were treated with kindness and given useful information. When we first arrived the outdoor furniture was very dusty (possibly due to local building work) and there were no tea towels supplied the first week, - I mention this for information only, you may wish to consider it in the future. "Really enjoyed the holiday. We booked it for a family 'get together' .The house is well equipped and all bedrooms have 'ensuite' facilities" . The only thing lacking is a full length mirror. The location is ideal, only a 10 min stroll to the Marina. Unfortunately there is a lot of building work in progress behind the house which produced red dust around the pool area , also it can be quite noisey at times during the day when the workmen are onsite. We would definitely consider re-visiting the house for a return visit next year. Clever Details offer a quick efficient service. They responded immediately to sort out a slight problem with the alarm system. Thank you ."

"We were surprised to find 6 spacious bedrooms expecting only 5 - this helped out with our family accommodation. Each bedroom was large with its own en suites. The villa was well located and a 12 min walk to the marina. Being a villa for 10 folk - if anything- it lacked enough utensils/bowls/glasses/ seats - this could be easily rectified. The child stair gate also needed attention. We were impressed with the speed of reaction to the small problems we encountered which were soon resolved. We enjoyed the contemporary design and lay out. "

"The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Clever Details were brilliant and very efficient. The only comment that I would make with regards to the Villa is that I felt the stair case was dangerous for children? There were big gaps on the platforms of the stairs and we had to put suitcases over the gaps so that the children were safe? One of the gaps meant they could potentially fall from the 3rd floor to the basement. I would recommend maybe putting some bars between the wall and the platforms that the stairs link too. However I really can't fault anything else,we had a wonderful time,thankyou. "
