A localização deste apartamento não poderia ser mais conveniente, na marina de Vilamoura e a apenas 5 minutos a pé da praia. O apartamento duplex de 3 quartos é no 1º andar do Marina Parque. Foi mobilado e decorado em estilo moderno e muito elegante. A sua cozinha estilo americana está totalmente equipada e bem iluminada. A sala de estar tem dois confortáveis sofás, com saida para a varanda com vista marina lateral. A sala de jantar tem mesa oval e cadeira para 8 pessoas.
Todo o apartamento tem vidros duplos e os três quartos são com vista para o jardim para desta forma os hóspedes poderem relaxar e aproveitar as suas férias sem o barulho das noites agitadas de Agosto. Na marina, que é uma das maiores da Europa, há muitos restaurantes e bares internacionais onde poderá beber uma bebida e apreciar o pôr do sol e a chegada dos iates na marina. A piscina comum fica a poucos minutos de distância do apartamento.
1º PISO
Cozinha: forno, fogão, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupa, microondas, frigorifico/congelador, chaleira, ferro/tábua de engomar.
Sala de estar / jantar: 2x sofás, mesa de jantar com 8 cadeiras, LCD, TV por cabo, ar condicionado, varanda com vista lateral marina.
Quarto 1: uma cama de casal, sofá-cama, ar condicionado, cofre, casa de banho com chuveiro.
2º PISO
Quarto 2: cama de casal, ar condicionado.
Quarto 3: duas camas de solteiro, ar condicionado, cofre.
Casa de banho com chuveiro.

"Second time staying at this apartment and we love it. Though maybe some parts may need a lick of paint overall it is well decorated and clean. Beds super comfy and soft pillows. Wardrobe doors a little rickety and in need of maintenance and the same goes for the kitchen. Beautiful lounge area and whole apartment tiled and easy to keep clean. Perhaps too many chairs in the dining room ?. We'll stocked kitchen with plenty of crockery and glasses. A few dishwasher tablets would have been good but as I had stayed before I did bring some. The balcony is well tiled and clean but perhaps a smaller table with only 6 chairs would allow for a sunlounger or 2. Plus a parasol would be useful during really hot sun. We love the location, very central yet bedrooms all back onto a quiet courtyard, last year there was a bin store here but this wasn't there this year and meant that there is now no disturbance from lorries picking up waste early morning. The pool we had use of is a little down the street but we didn't use it as there were no sun loungers, however there is a beautiful pool opposite at Marina Gardens that would have been wonderful to have had access to. ( obviously not possible ? ) Clever Details are a really good agency to deal with, very accommodating and nothing too much trouble. Emails are answered very promptly. Will use again when staying in this area, hopefully at same apartment. "

"Fabulous apartment literally on the marina, could not be better positioned! Very clean, spacious and well presented. Clever details service was fab and every question was no problem and answered promptly. The apartment has access to a pool a 2/3 min walk away and this was a little tired and overlooked with no sun beds. Not an issue for us as the beach was beautiful but if you?re a pool person it would bother you! Thanks Clever Details for making a long weekend easy, effortless and fab! Totally recommend this company "

"Overall we were satisfied. The bathroom shower drain was blocked and should be reopened so the water drains better. Also, I did not believe it was entirely ok to charge EUR 35 for 'late' check-in when we arrived around 2030. I believe most people would be arriving in the evening so this should be offered as a standard. I could understand extra charges, say, after 10PM, but really, most people tend to book flights such that they arrive in the evening."

"Had a fantastic time in Vilamoura and what made it even better was the ideally placed accommodation that we used from your services. Everything that we needed was in the property and it was kept to a high standard. There was plenty of room for 6 people to stay in, and the closeness of the property to the marina could have been any better. The Balcony was a good size aswell and had the sun on it the best part of the day. The only negative thing we have is that the pool which was provided to us could really have been so much better with some sun loungers in as it didn't feel inviting to stay there for any length of time. Overall the high standard of the property made the whole holiday experience even better as this was our first time booking such a place outside of the normal hotel chains and holiday complexes. Your staff were well conversed in english and made us feel welcome from the start so please pass on our thanks for that. A pleasant clean and smooth takeover and handover of the property was also made. Thankyou and we will definitely be looking on your website for future properties to stay in whilst in Portugal."

I would suggest that Wi-Fi should be considered as an enhancement to the property for the future. Wi-Fi being essential for even business users whilst away and for the kids with all their social media."

"The pictures were very deceiving about the whereabouts of the pool!! It should be noted that the pool in the picture isn\'t the one you use. Wifi is needed in the property as other apartments in the area of the same price offer free wifi. Hope this helps "
