Premium Apartment: Child-Friendly, Wheelchair accessible, Free wifi, Stuning views, Located in the marina.
This high quality 2 bedroom apartment is in the fifth floor of the luxury complex of Aquamar with stunning marina & sea views. The convenient location gives immediate access to the quieter entrance of the marina, restaurants, shops, nightlife and also to the long and sandy Falésia beach which is a 5 minutes stroll away. The designer kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning throughout.
All the rooms have access to the balcony. The condominium has 24h security and Wifi throughout the communal areas.
Kitchen: Electric hob, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, hand blender, iron and ironing board.
Lounge/Dinning area: Cable TV, Chaise Longue Sofa, dining table with 6 chairs, air conditioning, balcony with views.

"The property was excellent as was the location. We didn't get our towels changed during our stay but that didn't matter. The pool and gardens are well kept and the local shop was fabulous with fresh fruit, meats and cheeses as well as wines and other soft drinks and essentials. There is a restaurant near by that plays loud music until 22:00 and that was not so good. I would recommend that someone advises them of the noise nuisance they are causing as I'm sure it's not in line with Portugal's regulations. Nonetheless, we would go back and would book with Clevedetails again. "

"Great service from Sonia before we travelled, when we arrived and while we were in the property. She gave us great advice about Covid tests needed, greeted us on arrival and came round to explain a couple of things about the apartment to us when we asked. Airport transfers arranged both ways, on time. We have stayed at the Aquamar 6 times before and this was the best service we have received. Thanks"

"We had a wonderful stay in Apartment 507 in September 2021. Despite Covid restrictions still being in place, we felt totally comfortable and confident in the cleanliness of the apartment. The apartment was not serviced during our stay (presumably due to the Covid issues) but there were extra towels in the apartment. Hugo was in contact prior to our arrival and arranged a taxi transfer from (and back to) the airport - our driver was Vitor and he was superb. Hugo met us at the apartment and showed us around. We have stayed in the Aquamar before so were quite familiar with the building and the area, but Hugo could have given us much more information had we needed it. He was extremely helpful and gave us contact details should we need anything during our stay. Highly recommend this apartment, and Clever Details. "

"We've stayed in Aquamar a few times before and love the location. This apartment was great, the balcony gets the sun all day which is perfect. I think some people have mentioned before about there being only 2 bowls in the kitchen and 2 chairs at the small table on the balcony which is a bit strange in an apartment advertised as being for 4 people (there were 3 of us). But having said that we'd definitely consider returning again in the future. The check in and check out procedure was very straightforward"

Slightly disappointed in certain facilities of apartment, lack of bowls, lack of chairs for balcony (given its for 4 people, would expect that number of bowls and chairs) and a lack of a toaster. Was a toaster maker but would definitely benefit from a toaster."
"Very enjoyable stay. Great location and welcome-equipped accommodation. Very informative brochure found within a drawer toward the end of the holiday, which it would have been helpful to have had highlighted to us on arrival. Would happily use Clever details again on the basis of this experience."
"The apartment is beautiful with everything we needed. The location is superb also. When we arrived we did not have any hot water although one of your representatives came to try and fix the issue although she couldn't. Maintenance was then called and the problem was fixed although it wasted a few hours of our time it would have been quicker to have called maintenance in the first place. The Jacuzzi bath was also broken (the handle for the plug was snapped off) and the maintenance told us that this couldn't be fixed which was really disappointing as I paid for a Jacuzzi bath as one of the luxuries. Overall though, the property was great and also the Team from Clever Details were very helpful. I would not hesitate to use the company again. "
"Most enjoyable stay and only issues are minor. Shower rails are both loose and probably should be sorted before one comes away from the wall. Plugs in bath and basins do not work properly and again could be easily sorted. For an apartment of this standard the table and chairs on the balcony are disappointing and uncomfortable. A toaster in the kitchen would also be a welcome addition. As previously stated our stay was very enjoyable and none of these issues detracted from our stay, apart from the balcony furniture possibly. None of these matters would detract us from staying again or recommending yourselves to friends etc. Thanks again for a very pleasurable stay and I hope our comments are taken in the positive manner in which they are intended.
