Fantastic one bedroom apartment located in the marina and across the beaches of Vilamoura. All the local amenities are only few steps away so there is no need to hire a car. This lovely apartment is located on the 2st floor of Vila Lusa.
The balcony sunrise facing offer to the guests moments of tranquility.
The condominium is eqquipped with lift and the access to the swimming pool is from outside of the building.
Kitchen: cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron and iron board.

"Apartamento bem localizado , muito central , perto da Marina e praia . Bem mobilado e equipado . Profissionalismo no atendimento pela Clever Details . Limpeza perfeita . O parqueamento na garagem é de muito difícil manobra e estacionamento . Lugar extremamente apertado! A largura de qualquer viatura vai dificultar ou impossibilitar o acesso aos outros 2 estacionamentos seguintes, que são igualmente extremamente reduzidos . Parqueamento apenas útil para veículos motorizados de 2 rodas! Não devia estar incluído na descrição do apartamento! O cliente será sempre forçado a deixar a viatura no exterior do edifício!"

"The holiday was ok , I think if I come back it will be later towards the end of June. It seemed very windy during the time I was there. The sun beds on the beach are very expensive 26 euros for 2, also it was very noisy due to the work they are carrying out moving the boulders. These things I appreciate are outside your control, but did detract from the good holiday experience I have had in the past in Vilamoua."

"Vila Lusa is in an excellent location, 30 second walk to the marina, with this location comes a bit of road noise as the road at the front of the apartment is very busy. Apartment was very well kept, all you could ask for in it. Clever details are an excellent company to deal with and take the stress and worry out of booking an apartment."

"The property was excellent. Exactly as described on your website. Unfortunately there was maintenance work in progress throughout our stay (repainting of the building exterior) and this only affected us for the last three days of our visit.However the contractors were using the swimming pool area for storage of ladders, scaffolding etc. and we were unable to access the pool area at all during our stay.It would have been nice to have been able to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine by sitting out at the pool area but alas, we were unable to avail of this facility."
