"We loved the newly refurbished apartment and the space it provided. Everything, including the pre arranged transfers, was excellent. We had a fabulous holiday and enjoyed the peace and quiet. Only two issues - firstly the lack of safe, this really needs to be addressed and a full length mirror for any future female occupants, would be appreciated! Otherwise, the level of detail & thought given to occupants needs did not go unnoticed. Definitely the best equipped and finished apartment we have ever had! The booking process and ease of the service provided was also very impressive. "

"Overall we felt this was a terrific apartment to be staying in for our holiday. We did have a couple of reservations, the first was that the shower unit in the bathroom was quite small. For a male adult it was very tight every time I bent to wash my legs I switched the shower off. The walk in shower in the second bathroomwas so much better. The second was access to the television it was difficult to get started and select appropriate channels. Those apart this was an excellent stay for our holiday."

"The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is good and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The complex is very nice and in a good location, just a short walk from the marina but very quiet. The only downside in the winter months is that the apartment is north facing so never gets the sunshine. However the garden is very nice so we just sat in the sun in the garden. Clever Details were excellent. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Communication before our trip was very good, and when we had a problem it was resolved very quickly. We will certainly use Clever Details again"

"Hi guys Amazing stay, thank you very much. Apartment was near perfect for us, the only issue we had was the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable and there was quite a lot of ants in the properly. Probably could do with some aircon in the living area... Having said that we were vey happy with the apartment, the rep on arrival was very helpful and the clever details team were top class. I will definitly be back to stay with you. Thanks Shane"

"This was our second time booking an apartment with Clever Details and both stays have been equally brilliant. The Apartment and condominium were spotlessly clean. We were met by the lovely staff on arrival who passed on lots of helpful information regarding the amenities and again on check out. It was so helpful to have our luggage collected and stored so we could spend our last day avoiding lugging cases around the resort. We had an issue with the apartment shutters during our holiday. I reported this via a text to the clever details team. The problem was fixed the same morning whilst I was out for a morning walk. So efficient and with minimum fuss. Will definitely be booking with Clever Details again and have already recommended to family and friends. "

"I have stayed in the next apartment before, so I knew what to expect. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. While I was staying I didn't need to use the air conditioning (the apartment is very shaded which I am sure in the hot sunny weather is a bonus but in the cooler weather it can be cold at night). Also, no air conditioning in the main living space which in hotter weather could be a problem - but overall for the money, the apartment was brilliant - good location and well equipped."

"We had a wonderful 2 week stay with you, could not really fault any aspect of the accomodation or the location. Clean, welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definately be back soon. If I had to pick one tiny fault it would be to allow the ground floor apartments access to a gate key, but hey the little more exercise did us the power of good. Thank you for your hospitality :)"

"Hi, our recent stay at Pinhal do Golf was excellent. The apartment is in a very good location, close to walk to the marina but away from the hustle & bustle. The apartment was in perfect for our family of 6. It was in good condition with cleaning services added during our stay. We had plenty of room and the balcony area and pool & gardens further enhanced this. Claudia was excellent to deal with and made booking & checking in/out hassle free. My family would definitively rent this property again with Clever Details."

"IT was a little bit cold in the house. But in Holland we are used to heating in the house. So this was solved by heating the house with the airco. Great stay!"

"very enjoyable stay. we had no kettle but after a phone call to clever details we had one delivered very quickly. although very clean there was quite a few light bulbs not working, also the combi boiler needs upgrading as water kept going cold during a shower. but overall very good."
