Olive Tree Apartament, a first floor duplex 2 bedroom apartment (no lift) in Encosta das Oliveiras with a lovely private roof terrace. It is an ideal location in a quiet street with just a short walk to the supermarket.

The lounge lead out onto the the stairs for access to the bedrooms on the higher floor. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated throughout and together with the excellent facilities of the private gated complex, it is perfect for year-round holidays.

This amazing apartment has been furnished to a high standard and modern decoration.

FIRST FLOOR:

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, manual citrus press, Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine. An iron/ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available.

The bedroom is spacious with twin beds, built-in wardrobe, safe, and equipped with air conditioning, access to the private roof terrace which is equipped with set of sofas, 2 sunloungers and table with 4 chairs.

The second bedroom with double bed is equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom has bath, bidet, washbasin and hair dryer.

Outside areas: The private roof terrace accessed from the bedroom is equipped with set of sofas, 2 sunloungers and table with 4 chairs.

Communal area: Adult pool, children's pool, garden

FACILITIES: Wifi, one parking space in the garage, lift access is not available.
