"The villa is lovely and spacious, with plenty of room and a great pool. It?s in a nice location at the end of a cul-de-sac and fully enclosed, which makes it feel private and secure. The greeting staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful added bonus. Shops are about a 15-minute walk away, and Vilamoura can be reached in around an hour on foot. Taxis are easy to get, inexpensive (around 4?6 euros), and make getting to Vilamoura quick and convenient. The only small downside is a road at the back of the property, which brings a bit of traffic noise. However, this doesn?t affect the interior at all thanks to the double glazing and electric shutters."

"We had a wonderful stay in one of your villas. Good location and very quiet area. Great service when we arrived at the airport and were met at the property by one of your employees. She was very friendly and gave us all information we required. Villa was everything we needed, if anything the pictures on the website did not do it justice which was great. There were only a couple of things that possibly could be fixed. A few of the sockets, particularly in upstairs toilets were very loose and possibly dangerous. 2 other things related to the pool. There was alot of yellow residue that unfortunately came off only onto white clothes and I was unable to remove this by washing. I am not sure if this is something that can be fixed. Also, the pool was perfect temperature for us until our second last day when the maintenance man came into turn on the heating for the next people. Unfortunately the pool was then very warm and quite uncomfortable. Overall, we had an amazing stay in a beautiful villa. The villa is in a beautiful area and we will definitely be back.. Thanks once again "

"Superb standard of villa in a great location for golfers. The local ubers were so cheap it meant that being out of town was a blessing, but still easy to get to the marina. There is a supermarket, cafe, and world class indian restaurant all within walking distance. Great."

"We had a great break with family. Villa was Fantastic. Was very peaceful and quiet. Spar supermarket close by and browns sports bar was too, which was good for breakfast or lunch or just a drink. Marina was amazing as always lots of lovely restaurants and bars plenty to choose from. The men enjoyed a few games of golf. Villamoura is a perfect holiday vacation and the villa was great. Would definitely use this company again. Communication was excellent and there were no issues."

"On the hole very good. Kitchen very small for the amount staying up to 8 persons. barbecue, small also. Used it once and the second time not good as l think it needed a new gas bottle!! To late to get one when half way through cooking!! Security good, although gate could be tricky to open at times. Garden furniture needs a little updating and replacing. On the whole very good, location good too. Some bulbs in lights need replacing. Just a little minor details "

"This is the second time that we have stayed in the villa and we absolutely love it. However, the villa is need of some TLC. The bedding for all rooms needs replacing and the BBQ is very rusty and tired. However, we love the layout of the villa, the pool and the location. If the small details are fixed we would certain rebook for next year. Clever Details service was faultless. "

"The only downside to this property is that it is far from everything and guests either need a car or accept that a taxi is needed to get around. We did the latter and we found Uber very efficient and reasonable in cost. Even the nearest Spar shop, whilst walkable, is still far if you are not fit and able to carry the shopping. That said we were 6 adults and an infant and had a lovely time. The villa with its four ensuite bedrooms was lovely. And we had beautiful weather throughout our stay, we couldn't want for more. So glad we found this villa."

"We had a lovely stay, this was our second time visiting the property with the first time being in 2015. In 2015 we really enjoyed our stay although we had thought the outdoor furniture was a little dated, we were really pleased to see that this had been upgraded to really high quality furniture which was great. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I am sure it won't be our last visit. "

"The villa is beautiful and we stayed there last year, this year we felt it needs a bit of attention to detail. Some new pans more cutlery. Glasses etc. All seemed a bit worn and for 8 adults not a lot of it. We had to wash forks in between courses.Overall superb holiday. "
