This luxurious villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms, 2 toilets, a tv room, living room with dining area, kitchen, games room, built on 3 floors.

Villa Maelouance is located in a privileged area of Vilamoura, next to the main golf courses Millennium and Victoria, ideal for golfers and very close to all local amenities and beaches in the region.

It is spacious and has been furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.

The entrance is grand with its luminous corridor that leads us to the living room, on the right we have two bedrooms, on the left the access to the different floors and the tv room. On the ground floor it has a social bathroom.

Traditional design, the living room has an amazing view over the pool, garden and golf course, has a fireplace with a heat recuperator that offers the necessary warmth for colder nights, the french doors leads to the pool area. The living room has a chaise longue sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, cable TV with English channels and WiFi. The dining area is for 8 people and it has access to the terrace equipped with a table and chairs.

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), french doors with double glazing windows bringing moments of peace and harmony. It has electric shutters.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge.

The five rooms are spacious, all with private bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.

On the Ground Floor there are also two of the bedrooms:

Bedroom (Red): Two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floors, Romeo and Juliet balcony. The bathroom has a jet shower, washbasin, toilet

Bedroom (Green): Double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floor,, access to the garden and swimming pool. The bathroom has a bath and shower, washbasin, toilet.

The stairs lead to the 1st floor where we find a reading area and access to the bedrooms.

Bedroom (Blue): king size bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floor, balcony with an amazing view over the garden, pool and golf. The bathroom with shower with jet column, hydromassage bath (indoor jacuzzi), double washbasin, bidet, toilet.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR

Bedroom (Pink): Two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, windows. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet.

Turkish/Steam bath available with an extra cost of 300 euros per week.

EXTERIOR

The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and 90 cm to 200cm depth with roman steps access and a poolside shower. There are 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols and a set of sofas. Patio with dining table for 10 people and built-in charcoal BBQ.

The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 400 euros per week.

On the golf course boarder there is a outdoor Jacuzzi which can make your holiday very special with an amazing sunset. The outdoor jacuzzi has an extra cost of 400 euros per week.

For protection of the guests and the villa, there are 5 cameras outside/around off the villa covered by CCTV with image and voice recording. It can be switched of on request by written.
