Villa Bea, with its modern architecture of pure simplicity, free of imitations, embodies a balance between universal influences and local tradition. The volumetric form and its minimalist façade form a synergy with the natural environment of the golf course, with the white walls blocking out natural light to provide its guests with shadows on the ground.
Natural light is paramount in this house, within these white blocks, light becomes part of the architecture, its presence brings life to the building and guests. It has minimal façade openings for privacy, while skylights flood the interior spaces with natural light.
The interior spaces differ at every step with non-repeating geometries that provide a unique circulation experience for your guests.
The swimming pool projecting to the south, emerges from the walls to offer a possibility of sun exposure.
Its location is privileged and unique, an extremely quiet area, on a cul-de-sac with views of the golf course.
The spacious 550m2 villa has been furnished, equipped and decorated in a minimalist way, thinking about providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest. The terrace on the top floor allows a perfect connection with the stars as it is equipped with outdoor furniture.
The entrance hall gives access to the grand hallway leading to the bedroom, to the left we have the living/dining room and access to the first floor.
The living room with access to the kitchen in an open space style was designed to provide guests with convivial moments. It consists of a chaise longue sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and Sky Sports, generalist channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, among other countries). High speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs. Next to the living room we have toilet.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing, has a blackout system in all rooms, bringing moments of peace and harmony. Water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small SMEG appliances such as kettle, toaster, blender, electric citrus juicer and Nespresso coffee machine, combined fridge.
The 5 bedrooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
On the GROUND FLOOR we have a bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, view and direct access to the pool area. The bathroom has a bath, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
On the FIRST FLOOR it is divided by two accesses, one access is through the corridor on the ground floor, where there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom and the bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom is isolated with access by the stairs that are in the kitchen area.
The master bedroom has a 2mx 2m king-size bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, golf views. The bathroom has a bath, shower, double sink, toilet and hairdryer.
In the same hallway is bedroom #3 with two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Still in this corridor we have the upper terrace with a view of the pool and golf course.
Bedroom #4 with access from the kitchen area has a double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, golf views. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
On the LOWER FLOOR, with plenty of natural light from its large windows, there is a bedroom, a games room and a laundry room. We also have direct access to the outside with a patio.
Bedroom #5: double bed, private bathroom, closet with built-in wardrobes, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.
Outside, the private garden is equipped with 8 sun loungers. On the patio there is a table and 10 chairs and a BBQ. The pool is accessed roman stairs.
Three uncovered car parks available within the lot and with access by electric gates, garage available for one car.
FACILITIES INCLUDED: Wi-Fi, 24-hour emergency line, welcome pack and drink on arrival, pool towels, towels and linen.
DAILY CLEANING available at an additional cost of 250 euros per week.
