With two floors and four bedrooms, this spacious villa offers all the necessary comfort for a memorable stay. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and a convenient bathroom. This floor is suitable for guests with reduced mobility as there are no stairs.

Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, one of which is an elegant suite with a private bathroom, providing extra privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom is available for the other rooms on this floor.

Bedroom 1: with double bed, wardrobe, and equipped with air conditioning.

Bathroom with shower, washbasin.

Private garden with access to the common pool area.

The balcony overlooking the garden and common pool is equipped with a sofa set and side table.

It has double-glazed windows, grilles, safe, and shutters on all windows except in the living room.
